SEA SALT is designed around a 0,7% salinity, close to the body’s own salinity level of 0,9%.

How does the SEA SALT pool sanitizer work? Quite simply, salt water is converted into chlorinewhen it comes into contact with the electrodes in the SEA SALT patented cell.

Once the chlorine sanitizes your pool it converts it back to salt and the process is repeated. Only a small amount of salt needs to be added periodically.

The SEA SALT pool sanitizer needs only a 0,4% to 0,7% salt content to keep your pool crystal clear. Sea water content is 3,5%.
